Product Types

Garden

A low density (14.5 to 32 Units per Acre) apartment community layout that is typically one, two or three stories in height, built using a type-V wood frame design and has street parking or a surface lot.

Wrap

A medium to medium-high density (40 to 60 Units per Acre) apartment community layout that is typically three or four stories, built using a type-V wood frame design and has an above-ground concrete parking structure in the center of the community.

Podium

A medium-high to high density (80 to 100 Units per Acre) apartment community layout that is typically four stories in height, built using a type-V wood frame (or other modified) design, and has a concrete parking structure below the ground.

Mixed-Use

Can be any typology at any density, but is typically a podium-style project that incorporates any variety of uses including apartments, office, retail and/or restaurant space.
